Named in Forbes 30 Under 30, Director & Photographer Eva Vik first gained recognition for her visually striking short films starring talents such as Sean Penn, Suki Waterhouse, and Barbara Palvin. Her work has premiered on platforms including MUBI, Nowness, Vogue, Dazed, Prime Video, and has been screened at the Centre Pompidou in Paris.


Commercially Eva’s work is focussed on luxury, fashion and beauty, she brings a sophisticated refinement to all her work and commands a set with grace and ease. Eva has an ongoing collaboration with Bvlgari having shot three commercial films featuring Cailee Spaeny as well as short film “Serpentine" directing model Barbara Palvin. The film premiered at Tribeca Film Festival earning a nomination for the X Award, before being released by Nowness where it gained over 5 million views.  

 

Eva is known for her ability to direct high-profile celebrities including BAFTA winning Aimee Lou Wood on her acclaimed campaign for Dinh Van Paris and an about to be released campaign for Esquire with Formula 1 Driver Charles Leclerk.  Eva is fantastic at building a rapport and eliciting strong performances from both actors and non-actors alike. In addition, Eva is a photographer who has shot for Vogue (as well as been on the cover!) Harper’s Bazaar and helmed integrated campaigns for Oliver Peoples, Polène and Lancel amongst others. 

 

Eva's work has garnered international awards and honours, including Best Director at ISA, Best Horror at HollyShorts, Breakout Director's Award at Hollywood Film Festival, the Audience Award and Best Genre Award at Mammoth Film Festival, and Best Director at ISA.

 

Based in LA, Eva works globally and speaks English, French, Czech, and Italian. She is currently in development with her first feature film. Eva is also an ambassador of White Ribbon Campaign, a global movement working to end violence against women and children.
